OUR
CUSTOMER SUPPORT system begins with the most comprehensive
inside sales staff in the state. We invest constantly in training
and education so our customers have quick access to extensive
knowledge of our products and industry. This group administers
all of the transactions, quotations, and expediting involved
in meeting the needs of our customers and manufacturers. Most
importantly, they execute in hand with our field sales group
to drive our market and customer strategies. This unique function,
combined with excellent accessibility, frees our field sales
force to spend more time in front of our customers. |

OUR BUSINESS plans include significant and ongoing investments in automation and technology. We operate a newly updated (August '02) Windows Network supporting inventory management, sales analysis, e-mail, quotation logistics, and customer database information. We have developed our own pricing management system that accurately maintains customer price data for our manufacturers and puts it readily to use for our inside sales team. WE USE the NEMRA computer system, allowing various transactions with our manufacturers as well as inventory management. We utilize two ISDN line connections to facilitate internet access and communication with our manufacturers, customers, and business partners. OUR AGENCY is a member of Market Systems Solutions, a professional organization of representatives that is mutually investing in certified quality systems; provides nationwide exposure; and shares best business practices. This organization offers a variety of development and improvement options and offers a standard of quality to manufacturers worldwide. |
